Saindo da pole-position Negrão/Lapierre/Vaxiviere dominaram a prova, vencendo com 6s866 de vantagem sobre o trio Sébastien Buemi/Ryo Hirakawa/Brendon Hartley (Toyota GR010-Hybrid/Toyota).
O trio Ryan Briscoe/Romain Dumas/Olivier Pla (Glickenhaus 007 LMH) – Glickenhaus) completou o podio no gral, e na classe Hypercar.
A prova foi marcada pelo forte acidente com o argentino José MarÁa López, que perdeu controle do Toyota GR010-Hybrid #7 e foi direto na barreira de pneus, capotando. O piloto sal ileso do carro, que ficou destruÁdo.
