Com dois quartos lugares, na última etapa da temporada, disputada em Monza, na Itália, a dupla Albert Costa/Giacomo AltoÁ¨ (Lamborghini Huracan/Emil Frey Racing) conquistou o tÁtulo da temporada 2019 do International GT Open.
Costa/Altoé cnquiatarma o tÁtulo de pilotos no geral, ao somarem 128 pontos. As dupla Norbert Siedler/Mikael Grenier (Lamborghini Huracan/Frey Racing) a dupla Henrique Chaves/Martin Kodric (McLaren 720S/Teo Martin Motorsport), terminaram empatadas com 116 pontos. Com Siedler/Grenier ficando com o vice, no desempate (qquatro vitórias contra uma).
As vitórias em Monza, no gral e na classe Pro, ficaram com as duplas Fabrizio Crestani/Miguel Ramos (Mercedes AMG GT/SPS) e Chaves/Kodric.
Pela classe Pro Am as vitórias foram das duplas Frederik Tujula/Tuomas Schandorff (Lamborghini Huracan) Marcelo Hahn/Allan Khodair (McLaren 720S/Teo Martin Motorsport).
Tom Onslow-Cole/Valentin Pierburg (Mercedes AMG GT/SPS) conquistaram o tÁtulo na Pro Am, com 80 pontos. Scandorff ficou com o vice com 77, seguido por Hahn com 52. Khodair foi o sexto com 50.
Pela classe Am vitórias das duplas Oswaldo Negri/Francesco Piovanetti (Ferrari 488/AF Corse) e de Cipriani (Mercedes AMG GT3/Antonelli Motorsport).
Cipriani conquistou o tÁtulo na Am, com 45 pontos. Konrad/Hrachowina foram vice com 41 pontos.
